Welcome to Keepi.ai, a website that offers a WhatsApp message bot that utilizes AI technology to provide responses to users. By accessing or using Keepi.ai, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").

Initial Free Messages

Users will be provided with five free messages upon signing up for Keepi.ai. After these initial five messages, users will be required to subscribe to a monthly plan to continue using the service.

Subscription

Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew. Cancellation of a subscription can be done at any time by the user by sending "unsubscribe" to Keepi.ai over WhatsApp or clicking "Manage Subscriptions" in the invoice sent by Dancing Apps.

By subscribing to the services provided by Keepi.ai, users automatically opt into our newsletter. Users will have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the "unsubscribe" link provided in each email, or by contacting our support. Keepi.ai respects users' privacy and will not share, sell, or distribute subscribers' email addresses to third parties, except as required by law.

Refunds

Keepi.ai does not offer refunds for active subscriptions except in cases where technical issues lead to billing without service provision.

AI Responses

Keepi.ai is not responsible for fact-checking any responses provided by the AI. The responses are generated by a Large Language Model and are not human-reviewed. Users are responsible for using the information provided at their own risk.

Downtime

Keepi.ai is not responsible for any downtimes of the AI service. Users acknowledge that there may be times when the service is unavailable. Such downtimes will not warrant a refund.

Fair Usage Policy

Keepi.ai has a fair usage policy for subscription plans. Users are limited to a total of 100 daily messages and 1000 monthly messages. Users will be notified when they approach or hit these limits. Any messages sent beyond these limits will be ignored until the quota is reset. Keepi.ai reserves the right to modify the fair usage policy at any time.

Warranties & Responsibility

Keepi.ai makes no warranties or representations about the services or products provided. The user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of Keepi.ai.

Intellectual Property

Keepi.ai owns all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the website and its content. User-generated content remains the property of the user. Copying or reproducing any part of the website without written consent from Keepi.ai is prohibited.

Account Suspension/Cancellation

Keepi.ai reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user's account at any time, for any reason, with prior notice to the user and an explanation for the suspension/cancellation.

Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Keepi.ai, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of Keepi.ai, violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

• Geographic Restrictions: The referral program is currently available only in the following countries: United States (US), United Arab Emirates (AE), United Kingdom (GB), Saudi Arabia (SA), Canada (CA), and South Africa (ZA).
• Earning Rewards: Upon successful redemption of a referral code, both the referrer and the referee will be awarded the designated reward.
• Redemption Limits: Each participant can claim a reward only once. Each referral code can be redeemed up to a maximum of 10 times.
• Restriction on Self-Referral: It is not possible for users to redeem their own referral codes.
• Data Privacy: No personal details will be shared with third parties in relation to this referral program.
• Limitation of Liability: Keepi.ai is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this referral program.
• Protection Against Fraudulent Activities: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user's participation in the referral program if we suspect any fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair practices.
• Program Closure: Keepi.ai reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
• Referral Reward Changes: Keepi.ai reserves the right to modify the referral reward at any point in time, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Keepi.ai shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Keepi.ai or any part thereof.

Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
